When the threadfin shad spawn happens in the Fall and Spring seasons, they become the #1 forage for bass looking to fatten up. These threadfin shad are usually between 2-3 inches long and what bass are honing in on.
We created this 2.3" Sling Shad with a Threadfin color scheme to mimic these shad. Brownish, Goldish, Charteusey body with a pearl white and slight purple accent in the belly. This finesse swimbait is perfect on a small jighead, Z-man Micro Chatterbait, or dropshot.
Recommended hook size: Size 1/0, 2/0, 3/0. Use a jighead with eyes or add your own 4-5mm eye to each side of this bait.
